INSPECTIONS LLC. has been in the home inspection business since 2001. We were trained and certified by a national franchise company. We were one of the first inspectors to be licensed by the State of Illinois. Chamberlin's Home Inspections team has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in how to serve our clients and inspect homes. This knowledge and specific information is passed on to our members of the home inspection team so you may take advantage of their experience anytime and anywhere you use a Chamberlin's Home Inspections inspector. Our Illinois State Licensed home inspectors have received training in home inspections and have passed exams for Illinois State Licenses. It is mandatory that they have continuing education classes through out the year and other criteria to prove then capable of performing a thorough inspection before renewing their Illinois State Licenses. We have qualifications in both knowledge of homes and how they function, as well as good people skills. This way we can be sure that any experience you have with Chamberlin's Home Inspections will be a positive one and that you receive the type of inspection you deserve. We agree to perform all inspections at or above the Standards of Practice of the State of Illinois, American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). This way you are receiving a quality inspection and that we agreed to be bound to, and conduct our business by the State of Illinois, and NAHI Codes of Ethics.
