HAMBERLIN'S HOME INSPECTIONS LLC. has been in business for since 2001. I was trained and certified by a national franchise company. I was one of the first inspectors to be licensed in the State of lllinois. Chamberlin's Home Inspections L.L.C. has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in how to serve my clients and inspect homes. With this knowledge and specific information I can pass it on to my clients making them feel much more aware of devices in the house that they were unaware of prior to the inspection. Anytime I am there the client may feel free to ask me any question and I will give the best possible answer. lllinois State Licensed home inspectors have received training in home inspections and have passed exams for lllinois State Licenses. lt is mandatory that they have continuing education classes through out the year and other criteria to prove them capable of performing a thorough inspection before renewing their lllinois State licenses. I have qualifications and both knowledge of homes and how they function, as well as people skills.
